Job Summary
The role focuses on growing Hotaling & Co. in on- and off-premise accounts across the Philadelphia PA, Virginia, and North Carolina markets. Responsibilities include developing distribution of H&Co. brands, managing key accounts, identifying new prospects, visiting and maintaining accounts, conducting product education and tastings, hosting brand-building events, and collaborating with distributors. The candidate should train store staff, build brand visibility, manage sales quotas, and nurture relationships with trade, bartenders, distributors, and local influencers. Travel within the territory and hybrid remote work are expected, with a base salary in the mid-60s to mid-70s? Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience
- 3 years of experience in alcohol sales in control markets, especially Philadelphia, Virginia and North Carolina
- High School diploma required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work full-time, travel throughout territory
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Experience in account management and relationship building
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
- Independent and self-starting attitude
- Willingness to work late hours as required
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
