Job Summary
Develop and expand Mindful Therapy Group’s provider network and client base across markets by leading business development, sales, and recruiting efforts. Build and nurture relationships with primary care physicians, healthcare organizations, agencies, and other strategic partners to drive high-quality referrals and recruit providers to support service expansion. Lead partner discussions, presentations, and negotiations; collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that boost brand awareness and referrals; manage referral pipelines and provide ongoing partner support through networking events and local outreach. Travel 30-50% to engage hospitals, medical facilities, and community partners. Maintain CRM-driven metrics and reporting to optimize growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or care coordination role (preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field)
- Proven ability to develop relationships and grow referral pipelines
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track and report on progress using CRM tools and performance metrics
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, mental health services, and referral networks is highly preferred
- Travel flexibility to 30-50% of the time
