Job Summary
Shape and secure manufacturing business opportunities (DoW/OEM) by leading capture efforts, developing CONOPs and winning proposals, and aligning with Solution Architects, Proposal Managers, and Pricing Managers. Build and maintain customer and partner relationships, perform SWOT and gap analyses, develop and implement pricing strategies, ensure compliant, integrated solutions, and lead the core Capture Team to win opportunities. Travel ~25%+; maintains compliance with Federal Procurement and Corporate Ethics Codes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant Manufacturing and Manufacturing Business Development experience, with 5+ years in direct business/operations management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or substituted by years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of success in designing and implementing capture plans and strategies
- Direct experience leading the capture of large deals within Federal/DoD markets
- Ability to obtain an active SECRET security clearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel (~25%+)
