Job Summary
Business Development Manager (m/w/d) for Battery Recycling and Circular Economy, full-time, based at Bitterfeld-Wolfen and/or Leipzig with hybrid options. Responsible for expanding the international battery recycling business, managing strategic Key Accounts, developing new go-to-market and procurement concepts, and guiding projects from idea to implementation. Works closely with customers, partners, and internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Compliance) to drive growth. Represents revomet at trade shows and events; develops business cases and analyzes revenue, market, and customer potential; manages client projects in collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Compliance; builds and maintains long-term customer and partner relationships; negotiates offers and commercial agreements; communicates in German and English.
