Job Summary

Technical-commercial Business Development Manager to drive PFASuiki’s growth across Europe. Own the sales cycle across key sectors (landfills, industrial wastewater, chemicals, semiconductors); qualify opportunities and progress them from initial engagement to deployment. Translate PFASuiki’s technology into value propositions focused on compliance, risk reduction, and cost optimization. Position feasibility studies and pilot programs as gateways to long-term, full-scale implementation. Serve as the lead interface between on-site EHS managers, engineering firms (EPCs), and C-suite procurement, bridging technical credibility and commercial viability. Manage NDAs, MoUs, and deployment contracts, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to convert event engagement into qualified leads. Track evolving PFAS regulations to identify market opportunities and feed customer insights back to the product roadmap. Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot), strong stakeholder management, and capability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Languages: English and German.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Environmental/Chemical Engineering or Science
  • 3+ years in technical B2B business development
  • Proven track record in multi-stakeholder, consultative sales
  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Strong communication with engineers and C-suite stakeholders
  • Languages: English and German (native or professional fluency)
