Job Summary

Lead the 4P go-to-market strategy for ARM-based Consumer Solutions in Germany, including defining product positioning, pricing architecture, and promotional plans tailored to local market conditions. Collaborate with regional/global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals. Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and enable local sales, marketing, and partner teams through product evangelism, trainings, and demos. Set and monitor performance targets by route-to-market and strategic partners, identifying gaps and taking corrective actions. Demonstrate strong collaboration, project management, and marketing strategy capabilities to drive successful campaigns and market growth. Requires deep knowledge of the German/European consumer PC market, ability to work cross-functionally, and fluency in German and English.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
  • Typically has 7+ years of work experience in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or related field
  • Fluent German and English
