Job Summary
Business Development Manager – Live Events to nurture relationships with strategic accounts, provide specialist advice on Immersive Experience products, train dealers, attend trade shows, and collaborate with KAMs to grow the opportunity pipeline. Responsible for driving growth in the AV/Immersive Experience space, guiding cross-functional teams, and enabling partners to win opportunities. Must leverage industry knowledge, deliver sales training, and communicate value to partners and midwich personnel. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 5+ years in sales/marketing management in AV, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. CTS certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/economics and/or Telecom and/or Media preferred
- CTS certification is a plus
- 5+ years of demonstrated sales and marketing management experience in the AV products and services industry
- Proven ability to lead others in a sales network to meet and exceed measurable sales and revenue growth
- A proven track record of driving profitable growth and demonstration of established relationships
- Strong negotiation and business acumen; excellent time management and organizational skills; strong communication (oral and written)
