Job Summary
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a hunter capacity, carrying a quota and building your own pipeline in Kuala Lumpur. Leverage Lighthouse’s AI-enabled tools (Enablement, Pre-Sales Agent, Coaching Agent) to qualify opportunities with MEDDPICC, drive discovery, and close deals. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline with 3x coverage, forecast honestly, and take accountability for results. Communicate and demonstrate value to hotel industry stakeholders, from GMs to C-suite, using English and Mandarin. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, outbound sequences, and participation in events/conferences, with a hybrid work arrangement and the flexibility to work from home or at a Lighthouse office. Requires 2–5 years of closing SaaS sales, a results-driven mindset, and comfort selling to hospitality/hotel clients. Flexible, collaborative team environment with opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years closing sales in SaaS
- SaaS sales experience required
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus)
- Self-directed and coachable
- Ability to build and manage pipeline, outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus
- Ability to engage with stakeholders from GMs to C-suite
- Value-based selling and results-driven mindset
- Territory planning and quota achievement
