Job Summary
Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities, coordinate attorney teams, lead pitch efforts, and manage opportunities from concept to submission. Lead the development of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations. Conduct client, prospect, and market research, monitoring industry trends and competitive intelligence to help position the firm to win new business. Support the successful integration of lateral hires into the firm. This role advances the Minneapolis, MN office of Lewis Brisbois, an AmLaw 100 firm, with a focus on litigation practices and the National Trial Team. Minimum salary is $140,000 with a maximum of $180,000.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail
- Creative research skills
- Meticulous writing, proofreading and data entry skills
- Capacity to interpret data
- Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office programs, including Copilot
- Understanding of U.S. litigation terminology and framework
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field
- InDesign skills
