Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Drive new-logo acquisition for Leaseweb's IaaS and Cloud solutions; own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract in Canada; travel to meet MSPs and tech firms, generate pipeline daily, and hand off contracts to internal support. Build long-term partnerships with Leaseweb, leveraging a proven track record in B2B tech sales, a strong network in relevant verticals (SaaS, Gaming & VFX, AdTech, MarTech, MSPs, AI & Big Data, e-Commerce), and experience with IaaS/Cloud. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of sales experience, and legal authorization to work in Canada. 100% remote with in-country focus in Ontario; on-the-road client engagement and relationship management are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of sales experience (B2B, preferably technology)
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in new-logo acquisition and prospecting
- Strong knowledge and experience in IaaS and Cloud
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, to support clients across Canada
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Experience with SAP (plus)
