Job Summary
Develop existing accounts and close new business by scheduling and conducting sales calls to established and target accounts within the small and medium-sized market segments. Provide marketing support, maintain positive relationships with targeted accounts, and ensure sales professionals receive updates on account status. Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while continuously improving understanding of industry changes. Write up SOPs for secured customers, review them with operational parties, and update all sales activities in Helios CRM weekly before 05:00 p.m. on Sunday. This role prioritizes customer acquisition and portfolio expansion at the branch or country level, requiring relocation to the Laemchabang Office in Sriracha, Chonburi.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
- Proven 'business-to-business' sales experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain management industry
- Demonstrated success at relationship selling
- Broad understanding of value added selling techniques and business management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a multi-team environment
- Must be available for relocation
