Job Summary
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial staffing sector; build client relationships to understand staffing needs; develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets; collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions; represent Luttrell Staffing Group at industry events and networking opportunities. This is a full-time direct internal hire with guaranteed base salary plus commissions; bilingual skills are a plus. A college degree is not required. Location: Shepherdsville and South Louisville (in-person).
