Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for managing revenue performance across Kiln locations, partnering with site Community Teams to win new business, retain members, and drive upsell opportunities to maximize profitability. Drives regional growth by building relationships, expanding membership opportunities, and establishing Kiln as the premium flex-office and community brand in each market. Responsibilities include onboarding new members, cultivating broker relationships, closing enterprise accounts, leading revenue initiatives across 3–5 locations, partnering with Community Teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, developing strategic partnerships with universities and business associations, maintaining broker relationships for high-quality referrals, representing Kiln at local events, ensuring CRM data integrity, forecasting revenue, generating sales reporting, and collaborating with Marketing and Operations on campaigns, pricing, and product feedback. Ideal experience includes 3+ years in business development or multi-site revenue management, quota-driven growth, broker/venture group partnerships, familiarity with startups/tech ecosystems, strong communication/negotiation skills, CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), and a collaborative, team-first mindset focused on Kiln’s mission.
