Business Development Manager (K-12 Furniture-KS, MO, AR)

Job Summary
Develop and manage MooreCo’s K-12 furniture sales within KS, MO, and AR by expanding dealer networks, engaging architects and interior designers, and driving growth with end-user clients. Perform face-to-face, needs-based consultative selling, complete sales and freight quotes, and manage end-to-end customer relationships in the assigned geographic territory. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities, build multi-level account relationships, and report plans to leadership. Maintain product knowledge, understanding of fulfillment processes, and drive revenue through proactive relationship management and ongoing qualification of leads.
Required Qualifications
- Must have relevant sales experience in the K-12 furniture industry
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required
