Job Summary
Business Development Manager for JobAuto in Munich, partnering with VP JobAuto Carlotta to shape and execute a growth strategy for FINN's JobAuto product. You will identify growth opportunities, manage strategic projects and partnerships, define the JobAuto product vision with the Product team, lead quarterly planning and performance analysis, and pitch the approach to investors and customers. The role combines entrepreneurial responsibilities with cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management in a startup environment. Based in Munich with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week; strong focus on delivering growth for an electric-mobility salary-sacrifice offering.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, technology management, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment such as a startup or top-tier strategy consulting
- Fluent in German (C2) and English
