Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will focus on building and strengthening relationships with distribution commercial salespeople and Mechanical Contractors, managing all aspects of new business development, including generating Daikin VRV Design-Build projects. Responsibilities include assessing sales and technical training needs, executing business development plans, conducting market analysis, and tracking job statuses. Candidates must possess strong analytical and communication skills, relevant HVAC industry experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to manage business through CRM
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong Light Commercial technical background with mechanical contracting, service, installation, and application experience
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated

- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to create and conduct training seminars
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven business development experience within the HVAC industry with Light Commercial/VRF focus
