Job Summary
Identify and research new business opportunities, analyze market conditions, and develop strategic business plans to support company growth. Lead site development initiatives for various brands by coordinating with brokers, developers, and landlords while conducting data analysis to inform decision-making. Review and draft contracts with vendors and partners, and serve as a company representative in communications with external stakeholders. Act as a Task Force member supporting the CEO on strategic initiatives. Requires up to 70% domestic travel to visit potential store sites and conduct on-the-ground research. Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
