Job Summary
Business Development Manager - Japan to drive Headout's APAC market expansion by onboarding supply partners and distribution partnerships in Japan; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth of bookings, with a focus on building relationships, identifying market trends, and delivering value to customers. Requires 3+ years in business development, startup mindset, and fluency in Japanese and English. Based in Osaka or Tokyo.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development (preferably in consumer tech startups)
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Marketing) and manage partnerships
