Job Summary
Business Development Manager to generate and close new business opportunities for AB Facility Services’ janitorial, facility maintenance, and building service solutions. Hunter role focused on winning new business, generating revenue, building strategic relationships, and securing long-term service contracts. Responsibilities include client meetings, site visits, RFP responses, proposal development, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, pipeline management, and collaboration with Operations to ensure accurate scopes of work and pricing. Requires 7+ years of sales/BD experience in janitorial or related facility services, strong presentation/negotiation skills, and an established network across commercial sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development or sales experience
- MUST have experience selling janitorial, commercial cleaning, facility maintenance, or building services
- Proven track record of winning new accounts and generating revenue growth
- Experience managing the full RFP process
- Experience developing proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Established network within commercial real estate, facility management, property management, healthcare, education, industrial, or commercial sectors preferred
