Job Summary
Travel-focused Business Development Manager role in Brooklyn, NY partnering with referring providers to grow IVX Health’s infusion therapies. Responsibilities include visiting brick-and-mortar providers within the territory, educating providers on IVX Health’s services, building long-term provider relationships, adopting a consultative sales approach to expand patient referrals, coordinating with marketing and operations, leveraging CRM to plan and track sales activities, and engaging with specialists to strengthen the referral pipeline. Requires relationship-building, strategic Growth mindset, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and healthcare industry knowledge. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) and experience with clinicians and sales in healthcare are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Healthcare Collaboration: Experience working directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff.
- Sales Experience: Knowledge or experience in home health, hospice, DME, or imaging sales is a plus.
