Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for new business generation and end-to-end sales execution. Drive proactive outbound prospecting, build and maintain a robust pipeline across financial institutions, corporates, consulting firms, governments and academia, and consistently exceed revenue targets. Lead discovery conversations, tailor value-based demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with defined timelines. Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast discipline while collaborating with Product Specialists, Economists, Client Success and Marketing to sharpen positioning, engage decision-makers, and convert opportunities into measurable client outcomes. Requires strong hunting and prospecting capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting. English fluency and a genuine interest in macroeconomic data and global markets are highly desirable. Education preferred: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business, mathematics or related discipline.
