Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for accelerating growth across the UAE and Gulf region with a focus on strategic client relationships, opening doors with major industrial players, and contributing to growth across Engineering, Technical Assistance, Recruitment, EOR, and Project Support Services. Lead full business cycle from prospecting and negotiations to contract signing and account development, collaborating with recruitment and operations to deliver solutions. Represent IOTA Group to strengthen market presence, build a client portfolio, and drive growth in Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Mining, and Industrial sectors. Target a high level of autonomy, direct exposure to decision-makers, and a measurable impact on business performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Recruitment/Engineering Services
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and close commercial deals
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Experience in UAE/Middle East and/or within Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure or Industrial sectors (advantage)
