Job Summary
Pro-actively pursue new business development by identifying profitable sales opportunities with existing clients and targeting prospective accounts using data analytics. Build and maintain customer relationships while creating proposal and quotation documents to deliver outstanding experiences. Understand customers' key business drivers and strategic requirements to align solutions and offerings for maximum value. Implement a robust account planning process to develop a comprehensive Managed Services, Professional Services, and Hardware/Software growth strategy across your targeted customer base. Work closely with Solution Architects and practice specialists to grow and develop a strong opportunity funnel. Meet and exceed activity and sales targets while ensuring business growth, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. Use high-volume automation techniques to stay connected to your base and collaborate with the marketing team to maximize value from marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' Business Development experience
