Job Summary
Lead development of SATO's inkjet label solutions go-to-market in North America, building and executing the go-to-market strategy through OEM printer manufacturers (e.g., Epson, Canon) and channel partnerships. Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to close, develop market-entry plans, and manage a rigorous sales outlook. Act as a subject-matter expert on inkjet label solutions, deliver tailored presentations and value-based proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market initiatives and enable field teams. Cultivate strategic relationships with OEMs, converters, distributors, and VARs; identify opportunities in target verticals (food & beverage, healthcare/pharmaceutical, retail, logistics/warehousing); contribute to joint marketing activities, sales enablement tools, and pipeline growth. Maintain CRM data integrity, prepare regular business development reports for leadership, and manage a structured monthly/quarterly forecast and revenue outlook.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-10+ years of proven success in a Business Development or Sales role with demonstrated revenue growth
