Job Summary
Business Development Manager to drive new revenue by identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities across target markets in EnerMech’s integrated service offerings (topside and subsea services, pre-commissioning and commissioning, pipeline maintenance, nitrogen purging, dewatering and drying, hydraulic flushing, and more). The role is a front-line hunter focused on winning work, opening doors, and building a strong pipeline, while engaging decision-makers, leading commercial discussions, and positioning EnerMech’s capabilities to differentiate offerings. Requires commercially aggressive, technically credible professionals who can convert leads into awarded contracts, with travel to engage with clients and prospects; strong client relationship skills and the ability to articulate engineering concepts to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience in a technical sales or operational role within the energy sector
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts and ability to communicate with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with focus on client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and prospects
