Business Development Manager- Industrial Services

Oversee complex lifting, rigging, and heavy transport projects from planning through execution. Develop lift plans, schedules, and work scopes for crane and rigging operations; coordinate labor, equipment, and logistics to ensure safe and efficient execution. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; review lift plans and job hazard analyses to ensure regulatory and site-specific compliance. Estimate project costs, track expenses, and manage budgets; coordinate crane operators, riggers, trucking, and specialized equipment; maintain project records and reports including permits, lift drawings, inspection logs, and daily reports.
