Identify new growth opportunities, business fields, and customer potentials while building and nurturing client relationships to drive concrete next steps and projects. Support leadership in customer meetings to recognize needs and prepare tailored concepts for learning, training, and change initiatives, then co-develop customer-centric offers, presentations, and solution concepts with consultants and coaches. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer demands to generate impulses for portfolio development, while contributing to internal process improvements and marketing content for newsletters, LinkedIn, and the website.
