Job Summary
Identify, test, and validate new marketing and sales opportunities to grow the customer base by building acquisition channels and commercial initiatives from scratch. Take full operational ownership of strategic initiatives, shaping them with the CMO, spinning up MVPs using modern AI tools, and tracking performance rigorously to decide what to scale or kill. Act as an independent self-starter to turn rough ideas into experiments and results with minimal guidance. Partner closely with the marketing team to design and execute cross-functional campaigns that move the business forward.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the subscription, SaaS, DTC or consumer tech sectors, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Strong understanding of consumer products, branding and user experience (UX)
- Proven track record of successfully launching and validating paid channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Reddit, influencer marketing)
- Strong analytical thinking, with hands-on experience in analytics tools (e.g. GA4) to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organisational skills in managing multiple interfaces, as well as business-level English
