Job Summary
Business Development Manager leading a sales team to drive local and national growth in Victoria, Australia. Responsibilities include building and managing a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, and tailored quotes within the territory; nurturing relationships with existing clients for exceptional customer experience; pursuing tender opportunities; representing TIMG at trade exhibitions and events; negotiating pricing, delivery, and specifications with clients and internal stakeholders; preparing accurate quotes and cost calculations; maintaining CRM records; monitoring market trends to inform strategic planning; and reviewing sales performance to meet KPIs. The role requires experience in senior sales or business development, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, autonomy with team collaboration, and a commercially minded approach. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a Senior Sales Representative or Business Development Manager role
- Proven experience in account management within a relevant industry
