Job Summary
Business Development Manager (Corporate Services) at IBMC to identify new market opportunities in Indonesia and beyond, build high-level relationships with global stakeholders, and drive revenue growth for consulting services. Role involves market expansion, strategic partnerships with C-level executives and international business chambers, full sales-cycle leadership from discovery to contract closing, and consultative selling of HR, Legal, Payroll, and related services. Expected to represent IBMC at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions, collaborating with internal consultants and legal teams, maintaining CRM records, and reporting on sales targets and market trends. Requires 5+ years in BD/Sales/Partnerships (preferably in Consulting, HR Services, or Fintech), a strong network of international contacts, exceptional English communication, strong negotiation/presentation/closing skills, proactive and high-pressure adaptability, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
