Lead the growth of the Audio Video & Unified Communications & Collaboration portfolio at TD SYNNEX, focusing on strategy development, pipeline creation, and marketing initiatives. Build strong relationships with top partners, support sales efforts, and collaborate on customer projects. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in the Polish IT channel, a strong vendor network, and proven skills in business development and product management.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in the Polish IT channel (UC/C or ProAV highly preferred)
- Strong network with vendors, distributors, and partners
- Proven background in business development, vendor management, or product management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills
- Self-driven, analytics and strategic skills, able to operate autonomously
- Fluent in Polish; good command of English
- Good command of MS 365 Tools (XLS, PowerPoint)
