Job Summary
Business Development Manager to drive growth by executing strategic initiatives, managing key accounts, and developing supplier relationships. Responsibilities include executing the Business Unit strategy to grow market share; developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and suppliers; identifying and onboarding new suppliers to drive sales and optimize results; collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve market penetration and share of wallet; leading negotiations on key bids and large deals; providing structured guidance and commercial support to internal teams; ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability; supporting teams in charge and BDEs when applicable. Required: broad experience in sales, strong commercial orientation and customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence sales teams and develop structured commercial strategies, high energy and responsibility, strategic mindset with solid analytical and numeric skills.
