Job Summary
Develop and expand an HVAC wholesale distribution channel by identifying and engaging HVAC distributors and wholesale partners, building and executing a go-to-market strategy for product placement, securing new distribution agreements, onboarding partners, educating distributors on offerings and ordering processes, collaborating on pricing and vendor onboarding, managing relationships with manufacturer representative agencies, and tracking pipeline, partner performance, and revenue growth. This entrepreneurial role provides visibility to leadership and the opportunity to build the channel from the ground up across a multi-state remote footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience working within or selling into HVAC wholesale distribution or supply house environments
- Understanding of how products are approved, stocked, and sold within distribution channels
- Demonstrated success in business development, channel development, or expanding product placement
- Experience working with manufacturer representatives, rep agencies, or distribution partners
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote, multi-state territory
