Job Summary
The Business Development Manager for Data Centers is responsible for driving growth within BAC's data center business. Key responsibilities include identifying new customers and opportunities, developing relationships with global prospect accounts, preparing and delivering technical presentations, creating and presenting bid proposals, and executing a global sales strategy with measurable KPIs. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a strong understanding of data center cooling systems, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
- Ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship
- Excellent proficiency in English and proven capability to interact effectively with international clientele
- Market analysis and business judgement ability
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills
