Job Summary
Drive growth as a Business Development Manager for HVAC Mechanical within a defined territory and manage both new accounts and established customers. Collaborate with a regional sales manager and a technical team to develop and execute sales strategies for bundled and custom HVAC solutions, owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting through post-sale follow-up to ensure a professional customer experience. Responsibilities include targeting and winning accounts, growing product and service adoption, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with operations to resolve client issues while achieving HVAC equipment and maintenance goals.
