Job Summary
Direct sales and growth for FNBO's Home Improvement Lending program by sourcing new contractor relationships, developing a proactive pipeline, evaluating partner opportunities (RFPs and integrations), and delivering compelling proposals and pitches. Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new partners, align product strategy, pricing, and customer experiences, and maintain competitive awareness. Travel to conferences and industry events, manage lead lists, and utilize cross-functional partnerships to drive profitability and risk-managed program growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the HIL industry
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
