Job Summary
Brand-new business development role focused on referral generation for Qualicare Home Care in the Lower Mainland. You will own relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, case managers, senior living communities, and community organizations to drive referrals, secure access to hospitals/clinics/senior communities, educate referral sources on Qualicare's services, and coordinate care start dates. The role requires field activity, CRM updates, and adherence to privacy/healthcare regulations. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped incentive/commission tied to referral growth, with mileage reimbursement and a health/benefits package. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in home care, senior care, or healthcare sales/business development, or strong existing relationships within Lower Mainland hospitals and community health networks
- Demonstrated ability to open doors with referral sources (discharge planners, physicians, case managers, senior living communities)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel across the Lower Mainland
