Job Summary
Develop and deliver revenue growth across Western Australia for Youfoodz in FMCG retail channels, including P&C, Independent Grocery, Health, and non-traditional retail. Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, proactively identify and onboard new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of plans. Lead campaigns and promotions with MSO customers, drive distribution and NPD penetration, and provide analytical insights to refine territory strategy while upholding Youfoodz brand values. This field-based, permanent full-time role in Perth South reports to the National Field Sales Manager and requires an Australian driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in FMCG business development
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable)
