Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, or healthcare operations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful—able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
  • Must be comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation, and managing full sales cycle
