Develop and manage relationships with healthcare facilities to drive staffing solutions (nursing and allied health professionals) by identifying decision-makers, conducting outbound prospecting via email/phone/LinkedIn, presenting solutions, maintaining a pipeline, and collaborating with recruiting/operations; leverage CRM (HubSpot) for tracking and reporting; ideal for someone with healthcare staffing or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, or healthcare operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful—able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Must be comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation, and managing full sales cycle
- Remote, flexible schedule
