Job Summary
Remote Business Development Manager to drive Texas healthcare facility market expansion. Focus on solving uncompensated care and bad debt for SNFs, Hospitals, and Rehab centers by presenting Medicaid application outsourcing as a revenue cycle solution. Responsibilities include State Market Strategy & Prospecting (identify decision-makers, build a statewide pipeline, attend Texas healthcare conferences), Consultative Healthcare Sales (discovery calls, articulate value, negotiate per-case fees), and Relationship Management (onboard partners, monitor account health, demonstrate reduction in Medicaid days). Required: 5+ years B2B healthcare sales, deep Texas market knowledge, familiarity with Medicaid/RCM/Hospital Discharge Planning, and ability to work remotely with regional networking. Preference for candidates in the Austin or San Antonio area; compensation includes Base Salary + Commission. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Healthcare or Senior Care
- Experience selling to Nursing Homes (SNFs), Hospitals, or Post-Acute Care facilities
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Hospital Discharge Planning
- Remote-work capability in a 100% remote environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
