Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Build relationships with existing customers and identify new growth opportunities within targeted markets. Develop proposals and coordinate with engineering, program management, and internal teams to support quotations and product specifications. Serve as the primary contact through the sales process from initial discussions to project launch, and travel on-site to customer locations to foster partnerships and understand customer needs. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, customer management, and clear communication; seek to expand market share by pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships. travel approximately 25–30% for on-site visits and customer engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical experience considered
