Job Summary
Drive monthly B2B and B2C sales goals and revenue targets by developing local sales strategies, executing high-volume outbound and inbound lead calls, and converting prospects into scheduled appointments and business meetings. Build strategic partnerships with corporations, schools, healthcare organizations, and residential communities while representing the brand at networking events and community initiatives. Mentor and coach Master Trainers on assessment conversion performance, client acquisition success, and sales effectiveness, ensuring consistent sales standards throughout the assessment process. Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline activity, partnerships, and revenue performance within CRM systems, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or revenue generation
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Experience with B2B sales, networking, and community engagement required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
