Job Summary
Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to closing and onboarding, prioritizing 50+ warm inbound leads per month, and consistently hitting quota. Conduct 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects; match offerings to prospect needs with product expertise; nurture not-now leads until timing is right; maintain clean pipeline and high deal velocity; collaborate with Sales, Support, and Ops to ensure long-term client success. Demonstrates a growth mindset, coachability, discipline, and ownership of outcomes while leveraging tools like HubSpot and AI-assisted workflows to drive results in a remote, global-capable role. Start date is February 9, 2026, with US Eastern Time-hour alignment and a schedule that supports Monday–Friday availability during US business hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, subscription services, AI, or outsourcing)
- experience in high-volume inbound environments
- consultative, relationship-first selling approach
- ownership of sales process and pipeline
- proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- availability to start February 9, 2026
- ability to work US Eastern Time hours (9-5, ET)
