Job Summary
Field-based Business Development Manager for geospatial services (LiDAR, GIS, photogrammetry, surveying) selling to State DOTs, primes, municipalities, and utilities across Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast. Build and manage a pipeline across multiple service lines, represent the firm at client meetings and industry events, collaborate on proposals and scopes of work, and own your territory with an autonomous, performance-driven approach. Requires industry knowledge in geospatial or civil engineering services, proven new-business development, and strong client relationships in the Southeast; travel to client sites and events is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Background in survey, geospatial, LiDAR, photogrammetry, or civil engineering services
- Hunter mentality — prospecting, relationship-building, and closing
- Existing relationships with DOTs, engineering primes, municipalities, or utilities in Georgia or the Southeast (preferred)
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, field-based environment
- Based in the Atlanta metro area
