Front-end commercial focus with proactive prospecting, stakeholder influence across procurement, R&D, operations, and senior leadership; high-travel, field-first role requiring frequent in-person account engagement; collaborate with Account Managers and internal technical resources; maintain CRM and opportunity management; 50%+ travel; industry experience in packaging, coatings, adhesives, or specialty polymers is a plus; preferred sustainability-driven product commercialization experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred but not required if commercial track record is strong.
