Job Summary
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue, expand market share, and cultivate lasting customer partnerships. Develop and execute customer capture strategies; collaborate with operations to craft tailored proposals and RFP responses; negotiate contracts aligned with company goals; meet or exceed revenue and client-growth targets; define customer segments and scalable growth strategies; communicate persuasively to secure renewals and new business; operate as a key cross-functional team member focused on trust, collaboration, and execution; travel 30-50% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven progressive sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications preferred
- Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and quota achievement
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, World)
- Travel 30-50% based on business needs, team support and customer requirements
