Job Summary

Develop and manage partnerships with game and app developers, prospect clients in the South Korean market, and drive a consultative sales pipeline for Mintegral’s mobile ad monetization products. Act as a trusted advisor to decision makers at leading mobile game studios and app developers, represent Mintegral at industry events and conferences, collaborate with internal teams (account management, legal, product, engineering) to ensure client success, and maintain strong industry knowledge while achieving quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mobile/online advertising
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with mobile app developers is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs
  • Willingness to travel 10-30% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years in mobile/online advertising
  • 2+ years of experience working with mobile app developers (preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data for proposals and negotiations
  • Self-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to travel 10-30% of the time
