Required Qualifications
- Experience in international student recruitment for higher education
- Established agency network with stakeholders
- Understanding of industry trends for strategic planning and forecasting
- Experience training education agents to promote brand
- Experience sourcing agents via fairs, business trips, enquiries, referrals, and general searches
- Experience generating revenue from existing streams and accounts
- Proven track record in identifying, supporting, and developing business partners and growing client relationships
- Experience performing client research including meetings with key industry players
- Willingness to deliver workshops and presentations, host conferences, and be in front of the camera
