Job Summary
Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment who will oversee student recruitment activities, business development, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels across the country or region managed. Collaborate with Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote international student recruitment for Global University Systems, representing one of our universities or colleges located in Europe, North America, or Asia. The role is home-based with travel; ideal location within the country with ability to travel for main marketing activities where agents are based.
Required Qualifications
- Essential Criteria
- You will have experience in international student recruitment for higher education. • You have an established and relevant agency network and solid relationships with key stakeholders within these agencies. • A solid understanding of industry trends is essential to inform the group’s strategi…
- Desirable Criteria
- Salesforce or database management experience. • We will consider applicants who have represented an institution directly (located anywhere within your region) or who have significant agency experience where they have managed a sub-network of agents.
- Location
- The position is home-based with travel. Ideally, you will be located within your country and able to travel with ease, as your main marketing activities will be held in this area (where agents are based).
- Other Information
- Please note this position is only available on our consultancy agreement.
- The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.
