Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and driving growth in the Restaurant/Food Service, Hospitality, and Grocery/Retail markets. The role requires building strong customer relationships and developing strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include market analysis, managing KPIs, and continuous education on product knowledge. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling and engaging at a high level with decision makers in the restaurant/food service, hospitality and grocery/retail markets
- Negotiating and Planning experience
- Problem Identification & Resolution
- Clear, concise Communication skills
- Experience working in a team environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience
